MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
To help our customers manage their monthly service and maintenance costs in a more predictable fashion, we offer Service Contracts. Service Contracts manage monthly maintenance work under a fixed price for a specific scope of work.
QUOTED WORK
We are happy to provide quoted work in a timely manner to repair or replace your complex systems. Refrigeration systems have crutical elements that are consistently under stress and as such, elements wear out. Our technicians are fully capable of repairing your systems.
TIME & MATERIAL
Time & material means customers pay for the time it takes to complete a job and the related material. Time and material repair work is work that is time sensitive or is not covered under a Service Contract.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM)
Preventative Maintenance programs are designed for your specific site, depending on the amount and type of equipment onsite. We will work with our customers to determine the frequency of the Preventative Maintenance program. Preventative Maintenance is vital to decreasing emergency calls and prolonging equipment life.








DEHUMIDIFICATION
Maintaing an acceptable level of humidity will help control energy use and cost. Too much humidity can cause condensation on the refrigerator coils which increases energy usage and causes frost and ice formation on case doors and product. This leads to loss of product integrity. A Dehumidification system will provide energy savings and improve overall product integrity.
LEAK DETECTION
Performing leak checks is essential! Detecting and fixing refrigerant leaks is paramount with the rising cost of refrigerants and the strict EPA rules. Our technicians are EPA certified and trained to find and repair leaks.
CASE CLEANING
Case cleaning is one way to ensure your refrigerated cases will run at their optimal performance. It can be an inexpensive solution to the maintenance and appearance of your cases.
LED LIGHTING
Lighting represents about 13 percent of the electricity consumption in a grocery stores, not including its impact on cooling loads. Lighting retrofits can save 30 to 50 percent of lighting energy as well as 10 to 20 percent of cooling energy.
LED light sources inside a grocery store can create an attractive and comfortable environment that accentuates and visually enhances products, thereby driving up sales revenues.
